  It is very convenient and prfessional, I made online appointment and was there a little bit early. I was showing in their system,,, The waiting room was packed but they took me first since I was I guess registered. I needed some lab and one xray,,, I was thinking to come back and they will call me for the result. But they run the lab in the office and it took some time, they told me it takes about 25 min for Xray result and the lab to by available. Of course I could leave and see call me, but preferred to stay. My lab was in, around 15 min and Xray around 20 minutes. So can't complain from their service. After all this was only Urgent Care in Reston having Xray onsite. So you got used to them but they do take their job serious.
