  Jackie ruined my hair! I will never return. I was so shocked after her butchered work and now I've spent last five days crying over my ruined hair. I'm now spending $$$$ to get extension work done. Her inability to concentrate on the client in her chair is appalling. When a client bluntly says in every session 'i want my hair long' just listen! Worst cut ever!
