  Our son attends classes at D4 and we have been impressed. The instructors are able to have fun with the kids while still pushing them. The classes have a great mix of skill building, fitness and fun. Plus, our son has improved self-control and is learning an even greater sense of respect for adults and peers.
  
  And the parents nights out and day camps they do are awesome. The kids get karate classes, play time and the ability to meet new friends.
