  This gym is great. Great people. Plenty of personal trainers. People are welcome. There are a lot of things we can do at this gym. I left the gym because I moved to another location. If i have to get it I will have to pay separately which is ridiculous. But the gym itself is perfect for anyone who is serious about getting, or stay fit or get healthy or stay healthy. Mornings are better. Night time gets crowded. Miss you all at clock tower. I know some hard working folks out there. They are really really nice. High recommend this gym. The receptionist guy is the best.

  Pros: Good gym. Excellent options for group classes. Top notch yoga classes. Well maintained machines. Small fraction of the staff members are very helpful.
  Cons: Their initial orientation is a scam to make you signup for personal training. I wish they have someone show how to use those equipment possibly once a week so one can get better value out of the gym. Many of the staff members need better training to be pleasant and helpful.
  
  Parking is a nightmare because of the location.
  
  I would have put 5 stars if they add yoga classes on Friday evenings & help people how to use the good equipment they have once a week.
  
  Update from 9/14:
  #1 reason I like about Golds Gym is Yoga and the teachers they have. Unfortunately I am reducing to 3 stars because good yoga teachers seem to be leaving. Will update in few weeks if situation improves.
